Nebbiolo from a 1-hectare vineyard planted in 1994 in 'Rionda,' one of the grand cru vineyards of Serralunga, is known for its exceptional quality. The vineyard, situated at 330 meters above sea level, benefits from calcareous clay soils that contribute to the unique character of the wine. The fermentation and maceration process lasts 12-15 days in stainless steel, followed by aging for 24 months in a combination of small barrels and large casks. Before release, the wine undergoes an additional year of aging in the bottle.
