Ungrafted vines from a century year old mountain vineyard give the purest expression of Cabernet Sauvignon for more complex flavors and intriguing texture. The vineyard is 1,750 feet in elevation, which means the soil has exceptional drainage due to very rocky soil. The frosty drafts from the 22,000 foot Andes cool the vineyard at night and the coastal breezes help cool the vineyard during the day, resulting in wine with exceptional flavor and texture development.
