On the nose it has beautiful balance of spices like nutmeg, thyme with cherry pie, cedar, vanilla bean, touches of coconut, molasses & gingerbread. On the palate it shows a fresh but lush entrance evolving on ripe sweet fruit like cherry preserve macerated strawberries lingering on tannins and cinnamon.
